Lalitpur. On Wednesday, DM Annavi Dineshkumar ordered the district labor officer to issue a statement not to attend the meeting. Meanwhile, he was reviewing the NRLM’s training to help women become self-employed.
The district-level RESTI Advisory Committee meeting, held in the Collectorate Auditorium, was chaired by the District Judge. In this case, the Chief Development Officer was instructed to include a statement in the absence of the District Employment Officer. Then the instructions issued in the last meeting were checked, in which he instructed to accelerate the work to be done. The representative of RESTI announced that since its inception, 5,715 participants have been trained in 203 batches in various commercial professions, of which 3,914 beneficiaries have started their work. Of these beneficiaries, 1,713 beneficiaries started their business by taking out a bank loan and 2,148 beneficiaries by investing private capital. 53 beneficiaries work in various companies and firms. About 6.48 percent of all service recipients trained by RSET have started a company.
When at the meeting the information was unclear in the review of the NRLM training on self-employment for women, the DM instructed to be present at the next meeting with full information. He said that by holding a meeting next month, details on the progress of all programs / training should be made available through PPT presentations. Also provide the list of loans granted so far. CDO Anil Kumar Pandey, DC MNREGA Ravindraveer Yadav, LDM representative, RSET representative were present at the meeting.
