Baliya. Under the aegis of the Center for Women’s Studies at Jannayak Chandrashekhar University, an online lecture on Women and Child Malnutrition: Causes and Diagnosis was organized on Friday. The main speaker was Dr. Siddharthmani Dubey, District Hospital Pediatrician.
He said that through a balanced diet, malnutrition among women and children and the diseases that result from it can be avoided. In addition to carbohydrates, proteins and fats should be in a balanced ratio to a balanced diet, and fruits and vegetables should also be consumed in sufficient quantities.
Children have only been saved from the effects of Corona because of their strong immune systems. Particular attention should be paid to the diet of growing children, pregnant and lactating women. Vice Chancellor Prof. Kalpalata Pandey said that the university has committed to meet its social obligations.
