86.48 Percent Gave The Preliminary Qualifying Examination In The District

Saharanpur. The preliminary qualifying examination conducted by the Subordinate Selection Service Commission, Lucknow was conducted peacefully in 21 centers of the district. 86.48 percent of the candidates took part in the examination. For the successful conduct of the examination, all the officers including Divisional Commissioner, Supervisor, DM, SSP also conducted surprise inspection of the centers.
On Tuesday, the preliminary qualifying examination was conducted in two shifts. The first shift lasted from 10 am to 12 noon and the second shift from 3 pm to 5 pm. According to District School Inspector Ravi Dutt, against 9990 candidates registered for the first shift, 8590 candidates took the examination, while 400 candidates were absent. Against 9983 candidates registered for the second shift, 8683 candidates appeared for the examination. Against the total 19973 candidates registered for both the shifts, 17273 candidates appeared in the examination.
Government Nominated Supervisor / Special Secretary Social Welfare Uttar Pradesh Shafkat Kamal has appointed Government Inter College Saharanpur, JV Jain Degree College, KCCP Arya Kanya Inter College, Saraswati Vihar Senior Secondary School, Delhi Public School, Guru Nanak Girls Inter College, Guru Nanak Inter College , JBS Hindu Girls Inter College, Industrial Muslim Girls Inter College etc. On the other hand, DM Akhilesh Singh and SSP H Chanappa together inspected several centers and saw the system. Due to the activism of the higher officials, the Sector and Static Magistrates created for the successful conduct of the examination were also alert.
