52490 Thousand Candidates Left The Exam On The Second Day In Tgt Exam

For the recruitment of Trained Graduate Teacher 2021 (TGT) in secondary schools aided by the Uttar Pradesh Secondary Education Service Selection Board, the examination of Hindi, Mathematics, Agriculture, Music Vocal subjects was held in the first shift on Sunday on the second day. Whereas in the second shift there were exams for social subjects, physical education, Urdu and music playing. A total of 339917 candidates were registered in both the shifts. Out of which 287427 candidates appeared in the examination. A total of 52490 candidates left the exam.Naval Kishore, Deputy Secretary and Controller of Examinations, Secondary Education Services Selection Board said that in the first shift, the examination was held between 9.30 am to 11.30 am at 448 centers of the state. 184108 candidates were registered in the first shift. Out of this 155170 appeared in the examination. The total attendance was 84.28 percent, while 15.72 percent candidates left the exam.

The second shift examination was completed from 2.30 pm to 4.30 pm at 376 centers in the state. 155809 candidates were registered in the second shift, while only 132257 candidates appeared in the examination. There was 84.88 percent attendance in the second shift, while 15.11 percent candidates remained absent. In the first, the controller of examination, Naval Kishore told that the examination has been completed successfully at all the centres. No complaint has been received from any district.
