In the past six days, more than 50 people have gone positive. 52 people were also found infected on Friday. Those infected include the EO of the Bharwari community, half a dozen prisoners from makeshift prisons, banks, Vikas Bhawan and police officers.
However, the scope of tests carried out by the Ministry of Health is constantly being expanded to prevent infection. More than a thousand and a half coders were also tested on Friday by organizing camps at the Joint District Hospital, CHC, PHC, as well as in government and private institutions. The surveillance officer Dr. Yash Aggarwal said 52 people lived in different parts of the district during the investigation, including EO of Bharwari Township Council, six inmates of the temporary prison, an employee of SBI Bhadesar, employee of Vikas Bhavan, Collectorate and Police Department, the report was positive. In addition to making arrangements for treating anyone infected, the Ministry of Health teams are busy identifying the people who have come into contact with them. The surveillance officer said that currently the number of active patients in the district has reached 517.
