Rampur. 1628 candidates appeared at the exam of Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Rohilkhand Vishwavidyalaya on Friday. While 50 candidates left the exam.
On Friday, the city’s Government Women’s Post-Graduate College and Government Raza Post-Graduate College held a first-shift second-year postgraduate exam in sociology, political science, English, zoology, botany, environmental science, and industrial chemistry. In the second shift there was an examination for the Bachelor of Arts and Drafting, Botany, Advertising and Sales and Management. The third shift, on the other hand, was the third-shift exam for the home economics and commerce major. During the Government Raja Postgraduate College’s first shift, 379 out of 394 candidates were present. 15 candidates failed the exam. In the second shift, 144 out of 147 candidates appeared for the examination. Three students failed the exam. 510 candidates were registered for the third shift exam. Of these, 499 candidates appeared for the examination. 11 students failed the exam.
On the first shift at Government Women’s Postgraduate College, 83 out of 90 candidates took the exam. Seven students were missing. 296 candidates were registered in the second shift. Of these, 289 candidates took the exam, while seven candidates remained absent. In the third shift examination, 241 candidates were registered. Of these, 234 candidates took the exam. In this shift, too, seven students remained absent. In both colleges, special precautions were taken to prevent the corona epidemic. Masks and disinfectants were prescribed for all candidates. Without thermal scanning, no employee, staff or test subject was allowed to enter the test center. The meeting of the candidates was arranged according to social distancing.
