Andrew Tye has been one of the well-known faces in the Australian domestic circuit over the years. Although he has been a regular member of the limited overs team, his economy has been average. But, most of the franchises in the IPL ignore the most important factor: the ability to take wickets.

Tye has taken 40 wickets in 27 IPL matches. As an overseas bowler who gets limited chances, this is a great record. However, none of the teams opted to have him in the squad.

Talking about his international experience, Tye has taken 47 wickets in 32 T20I games. Also, he is not the worst tailender in the game. Hence, he would be a great addition to a team in the IPL.
