Firozabad. Chief Conservator of Forests Agra Vrat to check the extensive plantation work in the coming rainy season, on Friday the plantation locations were checked in Firozabad in addition to the tree nurseries of the forestry office.
A total of 37 lakh, 45510 seedlings will be planted in the district during the upcoming rainy season. The forestry office itself gets 17 lakh, 53 thousand seedlings planted. While 19.90 lakh seedlings are planted by another 26 nominated departments. The chief curator of the forests of Agra Vrat Rakesh Chand came to Firozabad on Friday to review the plantation work. He inspected the department’s nurseries and planting sites with officials and employees of the local forestry department. SDO Forest Department Swatantra Kumar Srivastava and other officials were present.
