A loan of Rs 25 lakh is provided to unemployed people in lockdown to start their business in the village. Khadi Village Industries Department has decided to provide a 25 to 35 percent grant by selecting such beneficiaries under the Prime Minister’s Employment Promotion Program. This special regulation was created to prevent people from moving out of rural areas.
This time, the prime minister’s job creation program is being implemented very effectively to establish self-employment through the settlement of industries in the village and to stop the migration from the rural areas to the city. A loan of Rs 25 lakh is made available through the banks to enable the needy, trained unemployed people in the village to find employment. People in the general category get 25 percent and women and the reserved category get 35 percent loans.
An agreement is made to pay industry income through the Village Industries Department over a period of three years. Khadi Village Industries Officer Vinod Kumar Srivastava said this program would be very beneficial for the unemployed. Applicants can apply online at www.kviconline.gov.in until July 12th.
