18 Trees Will Be Cut For Construction Of Rob

The Ministry of Environment and Forests has given the final permission to cut 18 trees in the protected forest area on the roadside which hindered the construction of Railway Over Bridge in Rura. On Wednesday, AE and Forest Inspector of Setu Corporation saw the Chiti trees. Forest Corporation will get the trees cut. This will speed up the construction of the bridge. From January 2020, 18 trees are becoming a hindrance on Akbarpur Road in the railway over bridge being built at a cost of 36.45 crores. This area from Bus Stop Chauraha to Akbarpur Road comes under protected forest. Permission for the felling of 18 trees was sought from the Ministry of Environment and Forests, Government of India. The first permission was received a few days ago. Here the compensatory amount of about eight lakh rupees has been deposited by the Setu Corporation. The final permission to cut these trees was received on Tuesday. In lieu of cutting trees, the forest department will plant saplings in Sargaon elders forest block of Derapur forest range. On Wednesday, AE Setu Nigam Hoti Lal and Forest Inspector Akbarpur Range Manish Rathore inspected the trees marked for felling. The forest inspector told that now the forest corporation will get these trees cut, its report is being given.
