Shamli. In the examination of Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) held on the second day, 1766 candidates appeared while 272 candidates remained absent. The examination was completed under the surveillance of CCTV cameras at three centers in the first shift and at two centers in the second shift. On Sunday, the TGT examination at the district headquarters was held in the first shift in all the three centers VV Inter College, Hindu Girls Inter College and RK Inter College. Agriculture, Mathematics, Music and Hindi subjects were examined in the first shift. The Kovid-19 guide line was followed during the examination. Candidates took the exam by wearing a mask. District School Inspector Sardar Singh said that out of 1143 candidates registered in the first shift, 996 candidates took the examination. Out of 480 registered in RK Inter College, 440 candidates appeared in the examination while 40 remained absent. In Hindu Kanya Inter College out of total 504 registered candidates, 429 candidates appeared while 75 left the examination. Of the 159 registered in VV Inter College, 127 took the exam and 32 were absent. In the second shift, the examination was held in RK Inter College and Hindu Girls Inter College. Out of 895 registered here, 770 candidates took the exam while 125 remained absent. Out of 480 candidates registered in RK Inter College, 430 appeared in the examination and 50 candidates were absent. Out of 415 registered in Hindu Kanya Inter College, 340 took the exam while 75 were absent in the exam. District School Inspector Sardar Singh said that the examination was conducted peacefully in both the shifts and no candidate was found copying.
