160 children receive support under Prime Minister Bal Seva Yojana benefit
Muzaffarnagar. 160 children from the district were selected in Mukhyamantri Bal Seva Yojana to provide financial aid to children who lost their parents or both during the covid epidemic. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath will start this program from Lucknow on Thursday. The program is organized in the auditorium of Zilla Panchayat to help the people of the district.
Serious casualties are to be lamented in the second wave of the corona pandemic. In the district itself, according to government information, 268 people died of a corona infection, indirectly the number of corona deaths in the district is significantly higher. Prime Minister Yogi Adityanath has announced financial support for the education, marriage and maintenance of the children of those who died of corona infection. For this Mukhyamantri Bal Seva Yojana was started. As part of this program, the government provides financial support of four thousand rupees per month for the eligible children of men and women who have died due to corona infection. Applications for this program were obtained from the district task force established in all districts and in the district. The 160 character requests were approved by the district. These eligible children are supported under this program.
