Balrampur. In order to receive home education and a scholarship, 159 planned caste candidates have registered for the selection test as part of the Shrestha program. 83 candidates have appeared for admission to Grade 83 and Grade 11.
After the results are announced, 9 candidates will be selected in grade 9 and 12 in grade 11. At the direction of DM Shruti, the exam was conducted by Shrestha Yojana at MPP Inter College.
DIOS Govind Ram said on Wednesday that in the 2021-22 academic session, the Shrestha Yojana Phase One Entrance Examination, conducted to provide free residential education and scholarship to proposed caste students, was held at MPP Inter College in Corona.
In the first phase, 33 of the 114 students registered for the 9th grade remained absent. Of 106 students registered for the 11th grade, 30 have left the exam. The selection of 9 candidates in class 9 and 12 in class 11 takes place after the results have been announced.
The examination of Shrestha Yojana was conducted under the supervision of Dr. Chandan Pandey, the director of Government High School, Madhwajot. Captain GP Tiwari, Rector of MPP Inter College and other teachers at the college made a commendable contribution to the organization of the Shrestha Yojana exam.
DIOS announced that the selected candidates will receive free home training as well as a scholarship. 9 students enrolled in grade 9 will receive 75,000 rupees annually and 12 students enrolled in grade 11 will receive 1 lakh 25,000 rupees annually as a scholarship.
