12 Meter Thick Rock To Be Cast As Foundation

Ayodhya. Thursday is the first anniversary of Bhoomi Pujan done by PM Narendra Modi on 5 August 2020 for the construction of Ram temple. On the eve of the anniversary, Champat Rai, general secretary of Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust, has witnessed the progress of construction of Ram temple. The foundation work is being done day and night. According to Trust General Secretary Champat Rai, the foundation of Ram temple is to be filled in total 44 layers. Currently, the work of molding the 25th layer is going on. 12 m thick rock is to be cast as a foundation. The foundation of Ram temple will be cast in the form of 12 meters thick rock. So far 6 meters of rock has been cast as the foundation. A total of 24 layers are ready, while the work of molding the 25th layer is going on. He informed that the foundation layer is being poured through RCC system. It is taking at least two days to mold a foundation. To increase the pace of work, three batching plants have been set up in the campus. Engineered field material is prepared through this plant. Which is laid to give the foundation the appearance of a rock. The target is to complete this work by 15th September. For this, the engineers and laborers of the working organization are working day and night. Lighting has also been arranged at a wide level to keep the work going on at night. Trust general secretary Champat Rai said that a new way for goods vehicles to enter Ramjanmabhoomi has also been prepared. Soon the road will be opened for goods vehicles. For the construction of the plinth of Ram temple, the third consignment of sandstone of Mirzapur has also reached the Ram Janmabhoomi complex.
